To use the Culture app, you must be atleast 18 years old. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
You are expected to use Culture in arespectful, lawful, and responsible manner. This means:
- Using the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Respecting all other users, regardless of gender, identity, or background.
- Not sharing content that includes nudity, explicit material, hate speech,harassment, or anything illegal.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts found violatingthese guidelines.
Culture offers both algorithmic and randommatch connections, including real-time video chats. Please note:
- We do not guarantee any level of compatibility or connection.
- Video chats are not pre-screened or moderated live, so please exercisediscretion while interacting.
- You are encouraged to block or report anyone who violates communityguidelines.
All content you create or upload — such as your profile, photos, videos, or messages — remains your property. However, by using the app, you grant Culture a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content within the app to deliver its features. We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws.
You are fully responsible for your account activity. Please do not share your login credentials or impersonate others. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if we suspect misuse, fraud, or a violation of our terms or applicable law.
Any legal disputes related to your use of Culture shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Hyderabad will have exclusive jurisdiction.
To provide you with the best experience, we may collect the following data:
- Personal Information: Your name, email, phone number, age, gender, and preferences.
- Device & Usage Information: Your IP address, device type, location (if permitted), app interactions, and other technical data.
- Media & Content: Profile pictures, bios, chats, and any media(audio/video/text) shared on the app.
We use your information to:
- Create and maintain your account.
- Match you with other users and enable video/chat features.
- Improve app functionality, personalization, and user experience.
- Monitor for violations and ensure safety within the community.
We do not sell your personal data. We onlyshare it under limited circumstances:
- With trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, or support — understrict confidentiality.
- With law enforcement, if required by Indian law or a legal process.
In accordance with Indian IT laws, you have the right to:
- Access and update your personal data.
- Delete your account and request complete removal of your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our support.
We prioritize your privacy. Data is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols such as AES, secure cloud servers, and regular audits. While no system can be 100% secure, we maintain strong safeguards to protect your data.
Your information is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations.
